The Zermatt Resort has beautiful grounds and excellent dining options, making it a great choice for a family getaway. While we enjoyed the spacious rooms, the noise levels elsewhere in the hotel were quite bothersome. The check-in process was rocky, leading to some anxiety on arrival. Overall, it's worth considering for a relaxed vacation, especially for families with kids.

I had quite a mixed experience at Zermatt. While the location is beautiful and the mini-golf course was a fun addition to our stay, I was disappointed with the state of the overall resort and the dining options. The cleanliness of the common areas left a lot to be desired, and the bakery offerings were surprisingly limited. I really expected better considering the hype around this place.
